Healthy Rewards Voucher Terms & Conditions

Community Care Chemist Healthy Rewards Vouchers (Rewards Vouchers) will only be issued to members who:

1. were active members of Community Care Chemist prior to June 1, 2019
2. are deemed active members at the time of voucher issue.

Healthy Rewards Vouchers are issued in accordance with the following terms:

• Earn 5 shopping points for every dollar spent1
• Earn 1000 points and receive a $10 gift voucher if your membership is deemed active at the time of issue

¹Shopping Points and Healthy Rewards exclude:

• Prescriptions
• NDSS products
• Products and/or services which Community Care Chemist sells or provides on behalf of charity organisations or entities selling on consignment.

The value of the vouchers and shopping points may be varied at our discretion. Community Care Chemist reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed using Rewards Vouchers

You may redeem your Community Care Chemist Healthy Rewards Voucher:

1. in any Community Care Chemist store;
2. within 3 months only from the date it was issued; and
3. against the current selling price of full price and sale product.

You may not redeem your Community Care Chemist Healthy Rewards Voucher:

1. in conjunction with any other offer or promotional voucher;
2. on a prior purchase, existing lay-by or on the purchase of Gift Vouchers.

Your Community Care Chemist Healthy Rewards Voucher must be redeemed in full in a single transaction during its Redemption Period and no cash or credit may be issued for the balance of your Community Care Chemist Healthy Rewards Voucher if you have not redeemed it in full.

You may only redeem one Community Care Chemist Healthy Rewards Voucher per transaction.

Your Community Care Chemist Healthy Rewards Voucher is for your exclusive use only and is non-transferrable. Its value will not be replaced if it is stolen, lost or not received.
