What if I’m already a member?
In the past our members have signed-up as ‘perpetual’ members. This means your membership is valid for life.
For you nothing will change – you can continue to remain a life member of Community Care Chemist.
Can I become an ‘annual’ member?
Yes, if you are an existing member you can choose to move across to the annual membership. Not only will you be supporting our various services with your annual membership fee but you will also receive a $5 voucher each time you renew your membership.
If this is something you would like to do, when you’re next in store just ask to renew your membership as an ‘annual’ member.

The Community Care Chemist Complimentary Voucher on Sign-Up is a one-off voucher issued to new members, upon joining, at Community Care Chemist’s discretion.
Community Care Chemist reserves the absolute discretion to: exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed using the Complimentary Voucher on Sign-Up.
You may redeem your Community Care Chemist Complimentary Voucher on Sign-Up:
(a) in any Community Care Chemist store;
(b) within 12 months from the date it was issued; and
(c) against the member price of an item of purchase or a health service, at the time the health service was performed.
You may not redeem your Community Care Chemist Complimentary Voucher on Sign-Up:
(a) in conjunction with any other offer or promotional voucher; or
(b) on a prior service or item of purchase.
(c) on prescription medicines – including PBS claimable & non-claimable prescriptions.
(d) NDSS products
Your Community Care Chemist Complimentary Voucher on Sign-Up must be redeemed in full in a single transaction during its Redemption Period and no cash or credit will be issued for the balance of your Community Care Chemist Complimentary Voucher on Sign-Up if you have not redeemed it in full.
You may only redeem one Community Care Chemist Complimentary Voucher on Sign-Upper transaction.
