Complimentary Health Services Voucher Terms & Conditions

The Community Care Chemist Complimentary Health Services Voucher is a one-off voucher issued to new members, upon joining, at Community Care Chemist’s discretion.

Community Care Chemist reserves the absolute discretion to exclude certain items and promotions from being redeemed using the Complimentary Health Services Voucher.

You may redeem your Community Care Chemist Complimentary Health Services Voucher:

1. in any Community Care Chemist store; providing the service is offered at the store
   
   
2. within 6 months from the date it was issued; and
   
   
3. against the member price of the health service, at the time the health service was performed.
   
   

You may not redeem your Community Care Chemist Complimentary Health Services Voucher:

1. in conjunction with any other offer or promotional voucher; or
   
   
2. on a prior service.

Your Community Care Chemist Complimentary Health Services Voucher must be redeemed in full in a single transaction during its Redemption Period and no cash or credit will be issued for the balance of your Community Care Chemist Complimentary Health Services Voucher if you have not redeemed it in full.

You may only redeem one Community Care Chemist Complimentary Health Services Voucher per transaction.

Your Community Care Chemist Complimentary Health Services Voucher is for you or your immediate family’s exclusive use only and is non-transferrable.
